( A)..500g cream cheese, 120g sugar, 50g butter, a pinch of salt
( B)..50g flour
( C)..1 egg, 3 egg yolks
( D)..150g yogurt
( E)..3 egg whites
( F)..OREO (measurements depends on baking container size, 2 packet is safe for normal container size)
Biscuit Base:
1. Remove the oreo cream.
2. Crush the oreo in the powder form or small rocky size also can. The size shouldn't be too big for easier pressing later.
2. After crushing enough of oreo, place it into the ideal baking container.
3. Mix the oreo with butter with hand. (Mix with butter until the oreo is hard and firm when pressed onto the container)
4. Make sure the oreo pressed is tight and firm and no "holes" can be seen.
5. The oreo can be pressed using hand and spoon.
Batter:
1. Put( A) into the mixing bowl
2. Cream(use mixer to mix until smooth) ( A) till light and fluffy. Add in the oreo cream removed earlier.
3. Fold in ( B) mix well (fold in is pour the flour slowly into the batter and use spoon or ladle to "draw" a 8-shape lightly and quickly to mix the batter)
4. Add ( C) slowly and cream till smooth
5. Stir in ( D) and mix evenly (Don't put also nvm)
6. Pour the egg white in another bowl to beat it until foamy and stiff (use hand mixer to mix until it becomes bubbly)
7. pour the beaten egg white in the above batter and mix till well incorperated. Set aside
8. Bake for 160*C in a water bath(use a bigger baking pan and put a little water then can le) for 60 mins
